The website located at www.mekabearindustries.com (the "Site") is a copyrighted work belonging to Meka Bear Industries, Inc, a Delaware corporation ("Company", "us", "our", and "we"). Additional guidelines or rules posted on the Site for specific features are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
THESE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS") SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE SITE. All disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive that right. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
